How long does delivery take?

Most orders leave us within one to three working days. The product page shows the expected delivery dates for the quantity in your basket, and you get an e-mail when the order is on its way.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes. Choose "Pick up and pay in store" at checkout and we let you know as soon as the order is ready.

How do I pay?

By card, by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or in store when you collect. The methods that are switched on appear at checkout.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on the site includes Cyprus VAT at 19 per cent.

Do you sell to businesses?

Yes. Register as a business and we check your VAT number, so your invoices carry it and you can reorder quickly from your account.

A product shows as out of stock. What now?

Use "Tell me if the price drops" on the product page and we write to you when it is available again.
