What we collect

What you give us: your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address, company name and VAT number if you buy for a business, and what you ordered. What happens by itself: your basket, the pages you looked at, and technical data such as your IP address, kept to run the shop and keep it safe.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, to invoice it, to answer your questions, to send the alerts you asked for, and to keep our records as tax and accounting law requires. We send offers only if you asked for them, and every such message has a one-click way out.

Who else sees it

Only those who have to: our payment provider for card payments, the courier who brings your parcel, our accountants, and the companies that host this website and send its e-mails and messages. They act on our instructions. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Your account for as long as you keep it. Other data only as long as it is needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, or complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. Write to us from the contact page and we answer within one month.

Cookies

We use the cookies the shop needs to work: your session, your basket, your language and the settings you choose. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
