Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and every order placed on it. Please read them before ordering. Our company details and contact addresses are on the contact page.

Prices and availability

All prices are in euro and include Cyprus VAT at 19 per cent. Prices and availability can change, and a product is only reserved once an order is placed. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we tell you and you can wait for it, change the order or have your money back.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may refuse an order, for example when a price was clearly wrong or a product cannot be supplied.

Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card details. Goods stay ours until they are paid for in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See the shipping and returns page.

Returns

Your right to return a product is described on the shipping and returns page, and nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Cyprus and European Union law.

Product information

Descriptions, photos and specifications come from manufacturers and suppliers. We try to keep them right, but small differences are possible, and a photo is for illustration.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as the law requires. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data, as far as the law allows.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may close an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms follow the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts settle any dispute.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
