Shipping and returns

Shipping

We deliver all over Cyprus. Orders placed before the daily cut-off usually leave the same day, and the product page shows the expected dates. Delivery is charged at checkout, and it is free over the amount shown there.

Pick up in store

Choose "Pick up and pay in store" and we hold the order for you. We write to you when it is ready.

Changing your mind

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund what you paid for it. Tell us first from the contact page, so we can give you a return number.

Faulty or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, write to us within a few days with your order number and a photo. We collect it and replace it or refund it, and the return costs nothing.

Warranty

Products keep the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your invoice: it is your proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

Items made or ordered to your specification, and anything that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
